The Transition from REBHP
What REBHP was
The Register of Evidence-Based Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (REBHP) was the predecessor register administered by Mindease Limited. It set standards for hypnotherapists and hypno-psychotherapists.
Why the name changed
RICBTC is the Register of Integrative Cognitive Behavioural Therapists and Coaches. Its scope includes evidence-based integrative cognitive behavioural therapy and coaching. Hypno-CBT® is one of the approaches represented within the register.
What happens to existing REBHP members
Existing REBHP members will be contacted about transferring their registration to RICBTC. Details of the transfer process are in development.
During the transition
- RICBTC is a division of Mindease Limited and aims to function as an independent register while it remains owned by Mindease Limited. Hypno-CBT® College provides administrative support during the transition.
